The Jerusalem Wine Salon was founded to celebrate the rising success of Israeli wines.

 

Over the last decade, superb Israeli wines have been increasingly winning medals and awards in international competitions.  The Israeli "Wine Revolution" of the late 20th Century is now bearing fruit.

 

In the spirit of the prophecy "For out of Zion shall spread Torah", the Jerusalem Wine Salon hopes to bring to the world the astonishing experience of Israeli wines.
